Courtney L. Puduski

Courtney started pet sitting at the age of 16 for friends and family, and volunteered with therapy animals in nursing homes during college. In 2021 she worked at a boarding kennel and doggie daycare, and started pet sitting part time via Rover.com shortly after that. In spring ‘22 she shifted to working full time in pet care and founded Charlotte’s Critters.

Jane Cowan

Jane has owned and loved animals all her life, and started pet sitting in high school for friends and family. She worked with Courtney at a boarding kennel and doggie daycare in 2021, and in 2026 teamed up with her to help grow and expand Charlotte’s Critters.
